These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Futuro Labs LLC, trading as FuturoLabs, covering your access to and use of the website at futurolabs.com. By using the site, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

This website is an informational site about our company and the software we build. It offers no accounts, no sign-up and no service. Using it does not make you a customer and creates no commercial relationship between us.

How we handle information you send us is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Futuro Labs LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, with its business address at 30 N Gould St #67065, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. We develop and operate software products for businesses in the United States and Latin America.

In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Futuro Labs LLC. "You" means you.

You may read this site, print it, quote it with attribution and share links to it. You do not need our permission for any of that.

What you may not do:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers or any connected system, or probe, scan or test them, except as described below;
• interfere with the site's operation or with anyone else's use of it, including by overwhelming it with traffic;
• harvest content or contact details in bulk by automated means, other than by conventional search-engine indexing;
• copy the design, code or written content of this site to present it as your own or as part of a competing offering;
• misrepresent your relationship with us, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests a partnership, endorsement or affiliation that does not exist;
• remove or obscure any notice of ownership.

If you believe you have found a security problem in this website, tell us at contact@futurolabsllc.com before disclosing it publicly, keep to the smallest amount of access needed to demonstrate it, and do not disrupt the service or touch anyone else's data. Research conducted that way is welcome and we will not treat it as a breach of these terms.

This website describes software we build and operate: Moraco Platform, Control and Cimiento. These terms do not govern any of them.

Access to one of our products requires a separate agreement with us, and each product has its own terms, its own privacy documentation and, where applicable, its own data-processing agreement. Nothing on this website adds to, changes, replaces or waives anything in a product agreement. Where this site and a product agreement say different things about that product, the product agreement governs.

If you are already a customer, the documents you signed or accepted for your product are the ones that apply to you.

What we publish here is descriptive. It is not an offer to sell, a quotation, a warranty that any product will perform in a particular way, a service-level commitment, or professional, legal, financial or technical advice.

We build software continuously. Product descriptions, capabilities, availability and pricing on this site reflect a moment in time and may change, and we may add, alter, suspend or withdraw a feature or an entire product line. Statements about what we intend to build are statements of intent, not of fact, and we do not undertake to update them.

Please do not treat this website as the sole basis for a business decision. If a detail matters to you, ask us and we will answer in writing.

The content of this site — its text, design, layout, graphics, code and the arrangement of all of it — belongs to Futuro Labs LLC or to those who licensed it to us, and is protected by copyright and other laws.

The names FuturoLabs, Moraco Platform, Control and Cimiento, together with our logo and product marks, identify us and our products. Referring to us by name — in an article, a comparison or a document — is normal and needs no permission. Using our marks as your own, or in a way that implies we endorse you, does.

Nothing on this site transfers any ownership or grants any license to our intellectual property, or to the intellectual property in our products.

This site may link to websites we do not control. We link to them because they are useful, not because we have reviewed or endorsed them. Once you follow such a link, their terms and their privacy practices apply, not ours, and we are not responsible for their content or their conduct.

We aim to keep this website available, but we do not promise that it will be. We may change it, take parts of it down, or discontinue it, at any time and without notice. There is no uptime commitment attached to this website.

Availability commitments for our products, where they exist, live in the agreements for those products. Nothing here creates one.

This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement.

We take care to keep this site accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or free of error, that it will be uninterrupted, or that it is free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Futuro Labs LLC and the people who work for it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive loss, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill or business interruption, arising from your use of this website — even if we were told such loss was possible.

Our total liability arising out of or relating to this website and these terms is limited to one hundred United States dollars (USD 100). This website is provided free of charge, and that limit reflects it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. This section does not limit liability arising under a product agreement, which has its own terms.

You agree to defend and hold Futuro Labs LLC harmless from any third-party claim arising from your use of this website in breach of these terms or in breach of the law, including reasonable legal costs.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of them will be brought in the state and federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and both of us consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Where the law of your own country grants you rights that cannot be waived by agreement, those rights are unaffected by this section.

Before either of us starts formal proceedings, we ask that you write to us and give us a genuine opportunity to resolve the matter directly. We will do the same.

General

If a provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our not enforcing a provision on one occasion is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition or reorganization. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding this website.

We may update these terms as the site changes or as the law requires. Every version carries its number and its effective date at the top of this page.

Changes apply from the date they take effect and are not retroactive. Continuing to use the site after that date means the new version applies to you.
