01What this policy covers
This policy applies to the FuturoLabs corporate website at futurolabs.com — the pages you are reading now — and to messages you send us through the contact form or by email.
Futuro Labs LLC develops and operates software products. This policy does not describe those products. Moraco Platform, Control and Cimiento each handle information under their own agreements and their own privacy documentation, which govern the relationship between the company and the businesses that use them. If you are a customer or a user of one of our products, the documentation for that product applies to you, not this page.
We keep the two separate on purpose. A visitor reading about the company and a business running its operations on our software are in very different positions, and one document cannot honestly describe both.
02Who we are
Futuro Labs LLC, trading as FuturoLabs, is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. We develop software products for businesses in the United States and Latin America.
For the information described in this policy, Futuro Labs LLC decides why and how it is handled. Our business address is 30 N Gould St #67065, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
03Information we collect
There are three kinds, and there is nothing else.
What you choose to send us
If you use the contact form, we receive the fields you fill in: your name, your email address, your company, the topic you select and the message you write. If you email us directly, we receive whatever your message contains. We ask for nothing beyond what is needed to answer you, and there are no hidden fields.
Technical information from serving the pages
Like any web server, ours records the requests it answers: the IP address the request came from, the page requested, the date and time, and the browser and operating system your browser reports. These records exist so the site can be delivered, kept available and protected from abuse.
A preference stored in your browser
When you switch between the light and dark appearance of this site, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device, it is not a cookie, and it is never sent to us or to anyone else. Clearing your browser data removes it. Your language is not stored at all — it is part of the address of the page you are reading.
04What we do not do
This section is as important as the one above, and every statement in it is a description of how the site is actually built.
- This website sets no cookies. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- We run no analytics on this site: no page-view tracking, no tracking pixels, no session recording, no device fingerprinting.
- We run no advertising and no remarketing, here or anywhere else.
- We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not disclose it to data brokers or advertising networks.
- We do not build profiles of visitors, and we make no automated decisions about you.
- We do not use anything you send us to train machine-learning models.
- The fonts on these pages are served by us, not by a font provider, so no third party sees your visit.
If any of this changes, we will update this policy before the change takes effect — not after.
05Why we process it
We use the information described above for three purposes only:
- To answer you. When you write to us, we use your message and contact details to reply and to continue the conversation you started.
- To operate and protect the site. Server records let us deliver the pages, diagnose faults and defend against abusive traffic.
- To meet legal obligations. Where the law requires us to keep or produce records, we do.
We process your message because you asked us to. We process server records because we have a legitimate interest in a website that works and is not abused. We do not rely on consent for anything on this site, because nothing here requires it.
06Service providers
We keep the number of third parties involved in this website deliberately small. This is all of them:
| Provider | What it does | What it receives | Where |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vercel Inc. | Hosts and delivers this website | Request records, including IP address | United States |
| Resend | Delivers the messages sent through the contact form | Your name, email address, organization and message | United States |
They act on our instructions under contract. We list a provider only once it actually operates — this table is not a forecast, and we update it before a new provider begins handling anything.
The contact form does one thing: it sends your message to our mailbox at contact@futurolabsllc.com. It is not written to a database, and this website keeps no copy of it.
07How long we keep it
- Your messages and contact details — for up to 24 months after our exchange ends. If the conversation leads to a working relationship, the records that belong to that relationship are kept for as long as it lasts and for as long as the law requires afterwards.
- Server records — for up to 30 days, then deleted.
- Your appearance preference — until you clear your browser data. We never have it.
You can ask us to delete your information earlier. See section 9.
08Where it is processed
Futuro Labs LLC is a United States company and this website is hosted in the United States. If you write to us from Latin America or anywhere else, your message is transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws differ from those of your country.
We do not currently operate this website's services from any other region. If that changes, we will say so here and describe the safeguards that apply.
09Your choices and rights
We extend the same rights to everyone, wherever you live. It is simpler than maintaining different standards by country, and it means you do not have to work out which law applies to you before writing to us. You can ask us to:
- tell you what information about you we hold;
- give you a copy of it;
- correct it if it is wrong or out of date;
- delete it;
- stop using it.
Write to contact@futurolabsllc.com. We reply within 30 days. We will not ask you to create an account to exercise a right, and we will never treat you differently for having exercised one.
Residents of United States states with comprehensive privacy laws — California among them — have specific statutory rights, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is no such activity to opt out of. The rights listed above are available to you through the same address.
Several countries in Latin America recognize rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection over personal data. Where those laws apply to you, the same address and the same response time serve them.
10How we protect it
This website is served only over an encrypted connection. Access to the mailbox that receives your messages is limited to the people who need it, and is protected by multi-factor authentication.
The strongest protection here is how little there is to protect: a website that sets no cookies, runs no analytics and stores nothing about you beyond what you deliberately send has very little to lose. That is a design decision, not an accident.
No system is perfect, and we do not claim otherwise. If you believe you have found a security problem in this website, write to us and we will look into it.
11Children
This website is aimed at businesses and professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.
12Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the way this website works changes. Because it describes real behavior rather than intentions, the order matters: if a change adds a provider or a new kind of processing, this page is updated before that change goes live.
Every version carries its number and its effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a new version takes effect means the new version applies.
13How to reach us
For anything in this policy, including a request about your information, write to contact@futurolabsllc.com. For anything else, write to contact@futurolabsllc.com.
